ABR - Accredited Buyers Representative

The Accredited Buyer Representative designation is the benchmark of excellence in buyer representation. This coveted designation is awarded to real estate practitioners by the Real Estate BUYER'S AGENT Council (REBAC) of the National Association of REALTORS who meet the specified educational and practical experience criteria.

AB - Associate Broker

Associate Broker is a real estate person holding a broker license that chooses to associate or affiliate with another sponsoring broker rather than opening their own brokerage office. They want the added knowledge and status of a broker, but do not desire to operate an independent office.

CCIM - Certified Commercial

A Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) is a recognized expert in the disciplines of commercial and investment real estate.

CLHMS - Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist

Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist. Members of The Institute who hold the CLHMS designation have successfully demonstrated their expertise in the luxury home and estate market by meeting strict performance requirements. Choose an agent with the CLHMS designation and you know he or she has a solid track record of helping affluent clients achieve their real estate goals.

CNHS - Certified New Home Specialist

Certified New Home Specialist training covers all aspects of working successfully with builders and new home buyers.

CRB - Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager

The CRB designation (Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager) is one of the most respected and relevant designations offered in real estate business management.

CRS - Certified Residential Specialist

The Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) is the highest Designation awarded to sales associates in the residential sales field. The CRS Designation recognizes professional accomplishments in both experience and education.

CSP - Certified Sales Professional

GRI - Graduate Realtor Institute

The Graduate REALTOR Institute (GRI) symbol is the mark of a real estate professional who has made the commitment to provide a high level of professional services by securing a strong educational foundation. REALTORS with the GRI designation are highly trained in many areas of real estate to better serve and protect their clients.

e-PRO

An e-PRO is a REALTOR who has successfully completed the e-PRO training program for real estate professionals. Endorsed by the National Association of REALTORS, the e-PRO course teaches professionals the nuts and bolts of working with real estate on-line: Web sites, e-mail, on-line tools, and most of all, what today's consumer really wants.

REALTOR

A designation given to a real estate broker or sales-associate who is a member of a board associated with the National Association of Realtors or with the National Association of Real Estate Boards. REALTOR is a registered trademark.

SRES: Senior Real Estate Specialist

Seniors Real Estate Specialists are REALTORS qualified to address the needs of home buyers age 55-plus. The SRES Council awards the SRES Designation to those members who have successfully completed its education program.
