Having your personal finances strewn out before a stranger can be stressful! If you have some credit issues, you may get to write a dozen or so letters of explanation to the Loan Underwriter. Don't be embarrassed! They have seen it all, and heard it all! Your lender has ways to get around issues that would leave Columbo mind boggled! (And, they are usually legal)
