Work Experience

In 1992 I worked at the first espresso drive thru in the city Spokane. In 1994 I built and opened the Supreme Bean Espresso drive thru. Spokane didn't even have a Starbucks back then. I was very young and a business owner for the first time. The many challenges of managing the properties, employees and equipment on a day to day basis for nearly twenty years have taught me valuable communication skills and how to be a problem solver. To this day I still own the Supreme Bean. I let the girls take care of the day to day operations now. Having four daughters helps. The reason I have been successful is that I focus on customer service. Listening to what your customers want and being able to deliver is what it’s all about. The path for me becoming a Realtor was simple. During the early years in coffee I must have looked at every available property in Spokane a coffee shop might work on. I invested in residential, light industrial and commercial property along the way. I've bought and sold businesses and managed over four million dollars of real estate at one point. Having been in coffee for twenty years I felt I needed a change. So I made my investment strategy my job and haven’t looked back.

About Myself

I am originally from Michigan and have also lived in Pennsylvania, Ohio and Louisiana. I grew up primarily in Ohio and graduated from high school in Newark, Ohio in 1986. I consider that my back east home. My dad worked for Kaiser Aluminum and was transferred to Spokane a month after graduation. I am an avid outdoors man and fell in love with all that the area has to offer immediately. I have been married for eighteen years and have been blessed with four beautiful daughters.
