Steve Cain Windermere Realtor

I am 54 years old and have been working in real estate with Windermere for eighteen years. I am very committed to my broker, John Becker and his wife Marianne. They share the same values both professionally and personally that I do, and that is the reason I have been with them my entire career. I have extensive knowledge when it comes to pricing your home, listing your home, and selling your home. No gimmicks, straight shooter and would love the oppportunity to work with you. In eighteen years I have extensive experience in new construction and relocation. Because of the longevity of my career, I have built a large referral network to better serve you.

Steve Cain Personal

I was born and raised in Spokane, middle of five children. I graduated from Shadle Park High School in 1975. I attended Spokane Falls Community College and Eastern Washington University. I played football, baseball, and wrestled in high school. I also played college baseball. After college I played on a National Championship softball team that traveled all over the country. Baseball is still my passion and I truly think we'll see the Mariners win a World Series in my lifetime!!!! Could be worse, my wife is a Seahawks fan! I have coached youth sports for many years. Our children have always and continue to be very involved in sports. Our sons in baseball, basketball, football, track, and wrestling. Our daughters in soccer, basketball, volleyball, and ballet.

Steve Cain, Husband and Father

I am married to my Soulmate, Shelly Monahan, who is the morning news anchor for KHQ television. We are a "Brady Bunch" family, coming into the relationship ten years ago with my two sons and her two daughters. Our sons are 22 and 20 years old. Our daughters are 16 and 18. My greatest joy is being a husband and father. To say that I am blessed many times over is an understatement. Our family has a true belief in God. Jesus Christ is the guiding "light" in our lives. Our youngest son is away at college attending Texas A&M University. Our three remaining children keep us busy and very, very happy. My wife and I enjoy spending time together with our vegetable and flower gardens. We have two retired Thoroughbred race horses that are spoiled rotten! They get hay, grain, carrots, and raw corn on the cob regularly. Our Doberman Gracie is just like another child! Our three year old Shih Tzu puppy Tillie is the light of the entire family's life! She's the runt of her litter, weighing two pounds when we brought her home, full grown at 4.7 pounds!!! How is it that she runs not only the humans, but the horses and Gracie too???!!!! We are also very committed to helping those less fortunate. As a family we make donations to several different charities, with a special connection to the Northeast Youth Center in Spokane and The Salvation Army.

Steve Cain, Your Realtor

In closing, I hope I have given you some insight into who and what I'm all about. I enjoy working with people of all walks of life. In a competitive business where you can pick and choose your real estate agent, I'd like to think of myself as very honest and down to earth. I truly enjoy the negotiation process of real estate. Depending on the hat I'm wearing, whether it be for the buyer or seller, I am committed to negotiating in your best interest.
